Another way to conserve money is by activating the TonerSave mode.  This mode prevents excess toner from being used, but it does not decrease the quality in each print.  The maximum resolution the Xerox 3120 can produce is 600 dpi, which actually is not that impressive.  What it means is that text documents will be crisp and clear, but graphics will be grainy and unprofessional.  Overall, the Phaser 3120 is compact and economical.  It will fit into any budget and perform exceptionally well.
